Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use tapanchor.app, buy an Anchor, or use the Anchor iOS app. By doing any of these, you agree to them. Last updated: October 16, 2026.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) for customers in India and in US dollars (USD) everywhere else, and include free shipping. For orders delivered in India, prices include applicable taxes. For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by you on delivery.
Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we email you an order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because of a pricing error or an address we can't ship to, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Coupons apply only as described when you use them. You can't exchange them for cash or combine them with other coupons.
The 10% referral code applies only to Anchor devices bought on tapanchor.app, as stated at checkout.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery times, cancellations, returns, refunds and our 12-month warranty are described in our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are part of these terms.
The Anchor iOS app
The Anchor app is included with your device at no extra cost and with no subscription. It requires a compatible iPhone (iPhone XS / XR or newer, iOS 18 or later) and your permission to use Screen Time. Anchor requires an iPhone with NFC and isn't available for iPad.
Anchor is a focus tool. It is designed so that only your paired Anchor ends a session. You can always remove its blocks by turning off Anchor's Screen Time access in iPhone Settings. Phone calls and Emergency SOS are never blocked. Don't rely on Anchor to restrict access for safety-critical purposes.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the website or app, attempt to disrupt our systems, place fraudulent orders, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer Anchor tags or software for commercial purposes.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Apart from the warranty described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any rights you have under consumer law, the website, app and device are provided as is.
To the extent permitted by law, Anchor and its founder, Fawaz, are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
