Dispatch

Every Anchor is quality-checked before it leaves us. Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of payment, through courier partners such as Delhivery. When your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking link.

Delivery times

India: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code.

International: usually 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and customs.

These are estimates. Couriers, customs or remote locations can sometimes add delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, email us and we'll chase it with the courier.

Shipping costs, duties and taxes

Shipping is free on all orders.

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are collected by the courier or customs and are paid by the recipient.

Address and delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Couriers may call you to arrange delivery. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order ships and we'll fix it.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to reship it. Reshipping may cost extra, or we'll refund the order minus the shipping cost.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or tracking shows it as delivered but you didn't receive it, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos if possible. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
